We use your messages to decide which guides to write or update next. If your question is about a problem in your home, describe your setup so we can point you to the right page in the zero waste starter guide or to a kitchen swap that fits.
Corrections are genuinely useful. Council recycling rules change and vary by area, so if a guide does not match what your local service accepts, that local detail helps us keep the guides honest for everyone reading them.

A correction that changes the advice gets the guide updated, not just a reply. When a suggestion comes up often enough, it becomes a new page in the library, usually starting as a note in the starter guide before it grows into its own chapter.
We cannot collect your waste, sell you products, or advise on anything outside zero waste and upcycling. For council collection issues, contact your local council directly. For anything urgent or safety-related, use the appropriate professional service.

Do I get a reply?

Can you collect or sell?
No. We are an editorial site, not a shop or a service. We cannot collect your waste, sell you products, or advise on anything outside zero waste and upcycling. For collection problems, contact your local council.
Will you add me to a list?

How soon do guides get fixed?
We review corrections and update a guide when the advice genuinely changes. Small wording fixes happen quietly; anything that alters the method or the rules is written back into the page so the next reader gets it right.
